We’ll curate the exact blueprint of personal training, group classes, and dietary recommendations that will set you up for success.

3. Show Up And Experience Your Results

We’ll take care of you from Day One and will regularly check-in to make sure everything is going according to plan.

1. Set Up A Trial Class

Depending on your experience level, you can jump right into one of our group classes to experience first-hand what we do at Old Line.

2. Attend Your First Old Line Class

We have over 40 classes a week to work with any schedule.

What Will My "No Sweat" Consult Consist of?

Your first time in, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will give you a tour of the facilities, we’ll sit down with you and walk through your goals, we’ll do a quick fitness assessment with you, and we’ll walk through what you can expect.

Do You Guys Do Crossfit?

Old Line was formerly a “Crossfit” gym. We have since moved away from the Crossfit name as we follow our own fitness guidelines. However, we still lift weights, perform Olympic lifts, progress gymnastic movements as well as introduce cardiovascular elements such as running, rowing, biking, and jumping rope. 

Do You Have Showers?

Yes, we have 3 bathrooms and two of those bathrooms have full showers in them!

I am NOT in Shape...Can I do This?

The very first thing you will discover is that Old Line does not discriminate. Whether you are young at heart, or have just completed your 50th marathon, or are recovering from injury or healing a broken heart, whether walking the dog is the only exercise you’ve had in years, or you’re someone training for the Iditarod…We will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Yes, we have boxing, Bootcamp, BJJ, wrestling, kid’s classes, youth strength and conditioning, personal training, and Olympic-style strength training classes. 

We also have an in-house “Bodywork” professional who implements massage, hot stones, cupping, and other various recovery techniques.
