Whether you are looking to lose weight, add muscle, or do both! We can layout the exact exercises, dietary guidelines, and provide one-on-one accountability to help you reach any goal you set for yourself.
Each class is one (1) hour long and consists of a warm-up, strength training, and cardiovascular conditioning; however, classes are rarely ever alike! Each day we’ll construct a new challenge, a new format, or a new workout in order for you to see sustained results over the course of your entire membership at Old Line.
