Old Line Ruckfit Classes

Ruckfit is a combination of military physical training, high-intensity interval training, odd object movements, and of course, rucking. We implement tools such as sandbags, tires, log carries, buddy carries, and the like to test your fitness in a real-world environment.

Ruckfit meets at 0800 on Saturdays and each class is 90-minutes long! Make sure you bring some water and gloves for this class!
